About
WordPress co-founder, Matt Mullenweg, is on a mission to “democratise publishing”.
For small businesses, WordPress gives you control of your website. It allows you to market your business online and puts you on a level playing field with even the biggest companies. For bloggers, it’s a creative outlet to express expertise and opinions.
At Callia Web, we love how WordPress enables almost anyone to have a voice on the web. This is why our name means “beautiful voice”.
Our mission is to build a website just for you, so that you too will have your own voice online.

Jo Waltham
Web Developer
After a long career in IT Support, Jo left to fulfil a lifelong desire to start her own business. The first business was an e-commerce store and Jo embraced the supportive micro business community, helping others with their websites and other technical issues. Jo sold the store in 2011 to focus on designing and developing websites for small businesses and bloggers. Specialising in the WordPress content management system and the Genesis Framework, Jo was delighted when in 2015 Callia Web became a StudioPress Recommended Genesis Developer.
Jo is an active member of the WordPress community, attending many WordCamps each year, speaking at WordCamp London in 2015 about “Going Freelance” and being on the organising team of WordCamp London 2016.
Jo works from the Marlborough office.
