Jacqui Lofthouse is an author, writing coach, and actor. She runs a successful business as “The Writing Coach” but wanted a personal website to showcase her work as an author and to publish journalistic pieces, book reviews, her acting profile, coaching, and publishing label.
We designed Jacqui a new logo and identity. We also provided her with a set of digital assets so she could promote her new brand across different platforms.
Our discovery and definition process included information architecture, wireframes, full-colour designs, and functionality specifications.
We created a stylish and high-impact design for Jacqui. We also helped Jacqui to develop user journeys and design her content and call-to-actions to fulfill her business needs.
Jacqui’s website built using the WordPress block editor and Genesis Framework, allowing powerful flexibility and customisation. Other features of her website included custom post types for her books, reusable blocks, and newsletter sign-up.
Jacqui can now promote her services through high-impact landing pages with clear call-to-actions and lead-magnets. She is also able to keep her audience up-to-date with the latest information about her writing and up-coming books.
